Oyster Group (trading as “Oyster”) provides a mobile app that allows our members to interact with our international spaces in a personalized way. As used in this privacy policy, "Oyster space", "our space" or "O3" means the designer space provided by Oyster, including all features and amenities, events, benefits, our website and our apps associated with our space. References to ‘you’ in these Terms of Use indicate the member who is interacting with the mobile app
1. Information We Collect
1.1. User Registration Data. When users create an account, we collect personal information such as full name and email address. There are other optional details upon creation that may be filled in by the user
1.2. Venue check-in and check-out data. We collect data regarding when users scan in and out of our space including timestamps
1.3. Points Redemption Data: Information about items redeemed with user points, including the type of item, quantity, and timestamp.
1.4. Login and Logout Information: Timestamps of when users log in and out of the App.
2. How We Use Collected Information
2.1. User Account Management: To manage and authenticate user accounts, including login and logout functionality.
2.2. Venue Operations: To facilitate venue access and optimize venue operations based on check-in and check-out data.
2.3. Points Redemption: To process and fulfill user requests for items redeemed with points.
2.4. Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for analytical purposes to improve our services and user experience.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personally identifiable information to third parties.
4. Security
We take reasonable measures to secure user data, employing industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure.
5. User Control
Users can review, update, or delete their account information either within the App or by contacting anyone employed by Oyster Group Limited
